The Reserve on Main is a flexible, character-filled space designed for pop-up retail shops, product launches,
seasonal storefronts, and a variety of private and professional events. Whether you’re bringing a business
concept to life or planning a special gathering, our space is designed to transform to fit your vision.
We believe flexibility is the whole point! Pop-up retailers can request dates ranging from short-term
activations to multi-week stays. Event rentals are available in designated time blocks. Tell us what you have
in mind, and we’ll help determine the best option for you

Your dates are not officially reserved until your request has been approved and all required booking steps
have been completed.
Not at all! We welcome established brands and brand-new entrepreneurs alike. The Reserve is a great place
to test a new concept, take an online business offline, launch a product, explore a new market, or simply
experience having your own storefront without committing to a traditional lease.
Your rental includes access to The Reserve during your confirmed rental period along with the standard
amenities available in the space. Additional setup needs, furnishings, displays, or special requests can be
discussed with our team before your reservation is finalized.
Insurance is required. Don’t have coverage yet? That’s okay! Submit your inquiry anyway, and we’ll let you
know what may be required before your reservation is finalized.
Absolutely! We want you to make the space your own. Most displays, décor, equipment, and outside vendors
are welcome as long as they meet our property and safety guidelines. Let us know about any special
installations, electrical needs, equipment, or vendors during the booking process so we can approve them in
advance.
Food and beverage options depend on the type of rental and applicable licensing and permitting
requirements. If you plan to sell, serve, prepare, or provide food or alcohol, please let us know when
submitting your inquiry so we can discuss what’s permitted for your specific rental.
